AAI Refund Policy

 In the event of receiving any faulty goods- if the book or publication is distorted by mail or otherwise, please contact us immediately. If you need to return any item please don't forget to enclose all your details in the package. Always remember to ask for a proof of postage from your Post Office when returning goods, just in case the package fails to reach us.

Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us. Always include the Packing Note that accompanied your item. For your protection, we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate.

The item should be returned to us within seven days in addition to postage delivery time (2-3 weeks). We will either refund you or send you another item if the original was distorted.

There is no refund for electronic purchases either for subscription to the archives or the electronic copies of books and studies.
